The principals of Zerga are seasoned professionals with a wealth of local and national development and investment experience. Jerry Green, President and CEO, is a former Southwest Regional Development Partner of Simpson Housing Limited Partnership of Denver, Colorado, a $2.2BB national real estate development company. Floyd Duesler, a 25 year experienced real estate professional, joined the company in 1998 and now serves as vice president and COO as well as a hands-on real estate Developer. Dennis Axberg is a licensed architect and also serves as a Project Manager. Dan Flick is the Finance Manager responsible for acquiring debt and equity for the development projects. PJ Powell serves as the Development Coordinator and Michael Green is an Assistant Project Manager.

While the company has grown significantly as a number of projects have been developed and sold and are on-going, new investors, both institutional and individual, have been added. The principals of Zerga believe that remaining free of layers of bureaucracy creates a much better opportunity of maximum return on investment. Strategic alliances have been formed with various professionals including, debt and equity advisors, commercial banks, real estate brokers, architectural and engineering firms, legal and accounting, and property management companies. Development and Construction teams are formed as needed and various professionals are contracted as their skills fit the assignment.
