Mike Green joined Zerga in September of 2007 after working as an assistant superintendent for Alta Construction, a multi-family construction company based in Addison, Texas. The project on which he spent his time was a 208-unit conventional apartment complex in Durant, Oklahoma. In this position, he received hands on training in all aspects of multifamily construction from dirt work to final punch and project acceptance.

Prior to that, Mike spent 5 years working as a leasing consultant for Simpson Property Group, the asset management division of Simpson Housing Limited Partnership, headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Here he received extensive training in asset management, including Marketing, Leasing, Market Research, and Maintenance. He spent time working at a number of SPG owned properties and received numerous awards for excellence in Leasing.

Mike attended Texas A&M University and is currently pursuing his Real Estate Broker's license.
