Floyd has twenty-five
years of experience in all aspects of real estate
including development, construction, investments,
property management and leasing. He joined Jerry
in 1998. Responsibility for the development company
and real estate advisory service involves all phases
of the development process including pre-acquisition
analysis, contract negotiation, construction, marketing,
leasing and management of property after completion.
Before working with Zerga, Floyd had managed, leased
and marketed real estate for various corporations
including Mobil Oil, NationsBank, Champion International,
and Pier 1 Imports.
Floyd graduated with
his BS and later earned his MBA at Oklahoma
State. |
