Jerry has had a continuous thirty plus year career in all aspects of real estate development and investments. He is experienced in mixed-use development including apartment, retail, office, office tech and hotels. Since 1990, he has developed 15 multi-family properties consisting of over 3,800 multi-family units as well as a number of office and retail projects. Prior to 1990, projects included multiple apartment communities, hotels, shopping centers, and office buildings in various U.S. Markets.
Jerry is a former Sr.
Vice President and Development Partner for Simpson
Housing Limited Partnership, a nationwide mixed-use
real estate development/investment company, based in
Denver, CO with assets in the $2.2BB range. Jerry oversaw
the Dallas office and was responsible for all development
in the Southwest. Prior to joining SHLP, he was a private
developer and investor, specializing in garden apartments.
