Jerry Green
CEO
Jerry Green brings over 35 years of real estate expertise to Zerga Companies. Formed in 1998, the company has grown significantly through prudent planning as successful multi-family projects are developed, sold and new opportunities emerge. A seasoned professional with a wealth of local and national development and investment experience, Jerry was formerly the Southwest Regional Development Partner of Simpson Housing Limited Partnership of Denver, Colorado, a $2.2BB national real estate development company. Jerry holds a BBA from the University of North Texas. His extensive career has spanned all aspects of real estate development and investments including mixed-use, apartment, retail, office, office tech and hotel projects.
Since 1990, he has developed 15 multi-family properties consisting of over 3,800 multi-family units as well as a number of office and retail projects. Prior to 1990, projects included multiple apartment communities, hotels, shopping centers, and office buildings in various U.S. Markets.

Greg Lambert
President
Greg joined Zerga Companies in July 2012 and brings over 18 years of solid management and operational experience including senior level roles with AT&T Wireless; Accent Marketing; and most recently Hotels.com/Expedia.
Greg’s experience within his various roles has provided him with international business experience, large-scale operations management, quality assurance, process and strategy development and a passion for doing the right things for the right reasons.
Greg earned a BA from Gonzaga University, and a JD from Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington.
Tracy Bruce
Controller
Tracy joined Zerga Development in January of 2010 after working in various financial roles at a local manufacturing company, including Senior Accountant, Senior Cost Accountant and Accounting Supervisor. Tracy has over 10 years of experience in accounting, including financial analysis and reporting, forecasting and budgeting, analyzing expenses and tracking variances, and analyzing manufacturing costs and variances in order to support business decisions.
Tracy’s key role at Zerga has been establishing accounting policies and procedures and maintaining accurate financial reports for the Management Company. She is also involved with budgeting and analysis of key development projects.
Tracy holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance and a Masters of Accounting degree from Texas Christian University. She is a current CPA candidate.
PJ Brown
Development Coordinator
PJ Brown joined Zerga in April, 2006 and has over 20 years of experience in various aspects of development and management of Seniors Apartments and Garden Apartments, having worked with firms that specialize in those segments
of real estate. Her various roles have afforded her the opportunity to learn from the most basic level the ins and outs of Real Estate Development and Property Management.
PJ has worn numerous hats for Zerga Companies from on-site property General Manager to head of Human Resources to Development Coordinator.
PJ received her CAPS (Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor) certification from the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas and the National Apartment Association in 2009.
Michael Green
Property Manager
Development Project Manager
Mike Green joined Zerga in September of 2007 after having spent the 5 prior years working as a leasing consultant for Simpson Property Group, the asset management division of Simpson Housing Limited Partnership, headquartered in Denver, Colorado. At SPG, a national major institutional Property Management Company, he received extensive training in asset management, including Marketing, Leasing, Market Research, and Maintenance. He received numerous awards for excellence in Leasing.
Mike has also worn many hats at Zerga. Included are working as an assistant superintendent for the contractor who built a 208 Unit Class “A” project in Durant, Oklahoma and being a key member of the transition team when Zerga took over management of their own portfolio. He currently serves as Property Manager of High Meadow Apartments in Durant, Oklahoma.
Mollie Nolen
Executive Director
Mollie Nolen joined Zerga Companies in June 2006 as part of the operations team. She has successfully
led the lease up for over 3,500 apartment homes, served on several industry related boards and
dedicated over 18 years of her career as Vice President of Training and Development for a major real
estate company based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Mollie’s experience has served her well in that she has been responsible for two successful Zerga Development Seniors’ properties lease-ups, Parkview in Allen and Parkview in Frisco. She currently serves as Executive Director of the Parkview in Frisco location.
Mollie has recently completed training for Operations Management of Assisted Living and Memory care facilities.
Shirley Long
Marketing Manager
Shirley Long first joined the Zerga team in 2005 to assist with the opening of Parkview in Allen. She began her career as an executive director for a large assisted living company, first serving in Corsicana and then in Tyler. After successfully proving her abilities as a leader in operations and marketing, she was quickly promoted to thecorporate office as national trainer. Before joining Zerga, she was recognized for her outstanding service to two large national corporations in the senior housing industry. In addition to her national trainer role, she also served as Divisional Director of Quality Assurance and Divisional Training Specialist.
She returned to Zerga in May 2009 after overseeing the marketing and lease up of an independent senior community in Plano, Texas. She oversees all aspects of marketing for the properties in the Zerga portfolio. She has 15 years of experience in the senior housing industry.
Shirley earned a B.A. Degree in Psychology from Texas Wesleyan University and has recently completed training for Operations Management of Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities.
Laura Levy
Director of Operations – Assisted Living and Memory Care Facilities
Laura joined Zerga in April, 2012 to help with the establishment of Zerga Management LLC’s segue into operations and management of Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities. Zerga Management is currently managing Independent Living Retirement Centers.
Laura has 15 years experience as a nurse, Director of Health Services, Director of Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities. She has successfully managed all aspects of health services in the Assisted Living and Memory Care industry.
She has extensive knowledge of the rules and regulations required by the State of Texas to prepare new assisted living and memory care facilities for certification by DADs. She uses this knowledge to create and put in place the procedures that a facility must follow to meet state guidelines and that the staff will follow to care for the residents of Zerga’s Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities.
Laura has recently completed re-certification training for Operations Management of Assisted Living and Memory care facilities.
